Deliverables

Our standard turn-around-time is five (5) days. Premier is proud of our reputation in the industry for consistently delivering on-time results. Our goal is to provide timely accurate results in a clear and concise format.

Report formats for compliance can be generated instantly by our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). We routinely deliver our reports electronically in Adobe pdf format. We can also deliver reports by hard copy, fax, or disk.

Electronic deliverables are available in a number of formats including GIS/Key, Comma Separated Value (CSV), Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. Other formats are available by pre-arrangement with your Project Manager. All of our electronic deliverables are generated directly from the original report file thereby eliminating transcription errors. Electronic deliverables are generally available along with your analytical report on the date due.

Courier Service

Our professional field technicians are available for daily sample collection, pickup and bottle delivery throughout New England. Twenty-four hour advance notice is required for pick-ups and bottle drops.

Your success depends on getting timely results and having access to our knowledgeable staff. Premier Laboratory understands that an efficient, responsive, and responsible project management team must be in place prior to project commencement. Our Client Services staff is trained to carefully review each incoming project. This ensures available laboratory capacity and that quality objectives are achieved. Premier Laboratory's Project Managers have many years of combined experience in the environmental testing business.
