Responsibilities

Phil Rusconi has overall responsibility for the vision, growth and direction of Premier Laboratory. Phil serves on the Laboratory's Management Committee.

Qualifications

Phil has extensive experience in corporate management. He was co-founder of Eastern Scientific Associates, an environmental testing laboratory, which was Premier's precursor. Over the course of thirty years, Premier has grown into a major environmental and water testing laboratory serving New England. His extensive knowledge in environmental laboratory management stems from his experience working in several capacities, including project manager, personnel director, field services director, and corporate president. Phil keeps abreast of the environmental field by attending numerous industry programs, seminars and conferences.
