Quality Assurance/Quality Control Director
Responsibilities
As QA Director, Bob Stevenson is responsible for the laboratory quality system and its implementation. Bob serves as a focal point for QA/QC and independently conducts internal audits on the entire technical operation. Bob validates all data packages to insure completeness, accuracy, and quality of the product. Additionally, he is a liaison between the laboratory and the various state certification officers.
Qualifications
Bob has extensive experience in inorganic and metals analyses, and is a certified Laboratory Director in the State of Connecticut. He is an expert in the field of ICP, including hardware and software applications. During his fourteen years in the environmental testing business working as a bench chemist to his present role as QA Officer, Mr. Stevenson has developed a thorough knowledge of both regulatory and quality control methods and protocols.
