National Accreditation
Premier Laboratory has successfully satisfied all requirements for the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditaion Program (NELAP), and is proud to be included in the first class of laboratories accredited under NELAP, which is sponsored by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Premier Laboratory underwent an extensive on-site audit in the fall of 2000 by NELAP representatives.
Full NELAP accreditation was granted to Premier Laboratory on 1/25/2001. Premier Laboratory is certified to perform full service analytical testing in the 12 states that applied for NELAP instatement. This rigorous program has been in the planning stages for the past seven years. The creation of the NELAP will bring more consistency and uniformity to the environmental laboratory industry. Premier has been a proponent of NELAP since its inception.
