Deliverables
5-day turnaround time is our standard, not the exception. Premier is proud of our reputation in the industry for consistently delivering on-time results. Whether it is a routine 5-day turn or a 24-hour turn, Premier will deliver on time. Our goal is to provide timely accurate results from paper to an electronic format on the date due.
Analytical reports are designed to be clear and user friendly. Report formats for compliance can be generated instantly by our LIMS system. Each client's project is defined to specify which format is to be used. Reports can be delivered by hard copy, fax, disk, or e-mail.
Electronic deliverables are available in a number of formats including GIS/Key, Comma Separated Value (CSV), Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. All of our electronic deliverables are generated directly from the original report file thereby eliminating transcription errors. Electronic deliverables are available with your report on the date due. Electronic deliverables can be supplied to you by e-mail or disk.
Courier Service
Our fleet of ten trucks is available for daily sample pickup and bottle delivery throughout New England.

Outstanding customer service is not only demanded by our clients, but is tantamount to your success. Premier Laboratory understands that an efficient, responsive, and responsible project management team must be in place prior to project commencement. This will ensure available laboratory capacity, analyses are completed within required holding times, quality assurance and quality control criteria are met, and data quality objectives are achieved.
Premier Laboratory's project management team members have greater than 40 years of combined experience in the environmental laboratory and testing business. Project management is directly connected to laboratory line management. This close connection allows project and line managers to work closely on project requirements and to focus maximum attention on their respective responsibilities. The result is a technically sound product, which is delivered in both a timely and responsive manner.
The project manager is the point of contact at Premier Laboratory for the client and is responsible for all communications with the client, including bottle order scheduling, courier service, and status reporting for all analytical data, final data packages including QA/QC, disk deliverables, and data spreadsheet reporting. He/she ensures the analytical work is scheduled and performed according to the client's specifications.
